Work from home outfits: Cute Shirts to Wear on your Zoom Call
Want something to wear for your zoom calls? Here are four cute shirts to consider when working from home, sitting in front of your computer.
Now that myself and nearly five million Canadians are working from home in response to measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, I’m starting to be more concerned about my appearance on my teleconferencing calls, particularly how look on top.
I know I’m not the only person who opts to wear office attire on top and casual down below. Some have gone as far as not wearing any pants. I have yet to consider that outfit 😂. But I’ve spent some time thinking about my shirts.
These are four of my recent purchases. Cute tops to consider when working from home, sitting in front of your computer on a zoom call.
Black Classic Button Down Shirt
You can never go wrong with a classic black button-down shirt. I am happy about this purchase because I think it will be one of those go-to shirts that I will repeat. It’s ultra-soft and lightweight. I love sleeves rolled up gives it a beautiful look.
I love a playful print, but what makes this shirt unique is the faux tucked in look. The shirt looks like it’s tucked in, but it’s just hemmed that way.
Every lady needs a white blouse. It’s one of those essential items to include as your must-haves in your closet. But what’s unique about this top is the puff sleeves and the textured material.
Leopard print Top
My favourite print is leopard. This print is generally considered a trend, but I’ve noticed that this a trend that comes in pretty frequently. So, in my opinion, it’s a print that is a perfect addition to your closet. Unfortunately, this exact top is sold out now, but below I’ve linked a similar top.
What I like about all of these shirts is that there is something about each of them that can generate a conversation. I imagine that someone will look and either give a compliment or ask a question. If someone does that, it will open up an opportunity to start a conversation and that is what I like. Giving someone an excuse to talk. A shy person would appreciate that.
